Enquiry form: when you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect the parent/guardian's name, email address, phone number, your child's age, and any message you choose to include. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry about the SEEDS Workshop. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which delivers your enquiry to us by email.

Learning platform accounts: SEEDS accounts are created by a parent or legal guardian. From parents we collect a name, email address, password, and optionally a phone number (stored encrypted). For each child, the parent creates a login and we store only the child's first name, birth year, and a username — never a child's email address, phone number, full date of birth, or photo. Creating a child's login records your consent, as their parent or guardian, to SEEDS processing their learning data.

Children's learning data: as a child uses the platform we record their pre-assessment answers and results, activity and game progress, class enrollments, and teacher observations about them. This data is used only to run the program: to unlock course content, show progress to the child, to you, and to their teacher, and to manage classes. We do not use children's data for advertising, tracking, or profiling of any kind, and we never email children directly — all communication goes to the parent's verified email address.

Access and security: a parent can see only their own children's data; a child can see only their own. Teacher observations are visible to you only when a teacher explicitly shares them. Sensitive fields are encrypted, access by staff is logged, and staff accounts require two-step verification.

Your rights: you may ask us to show you, correct, or delete your child's data at any time — contact us at seedsyoungleadersprogram@gmail.com. We retain data only while an account is active or as needed to manage enrollment.
