Children today face newer challenges in a fast-changing, AI-driven world. The current school system's one-way teaching leaves curiosity, creativity and original thinking largely un-evoked. SEEDS was created to change that.
Real growth comes from experiential learning, not memorisation. SEEDS replaces rote drills with stories, games and live activities that make children think for themselves.
With AI reshaping the job market, the future belongs to original thinkers and risk-taking leaders — not children trained only to follow instructions.
Every activity follows the same loop — learn a concept, apply it through real play and discussion, then reflect on what changed. That loop is what turns a lesson into a lasting habit.
Small practices, stories and habits built early go a long way in shaping value-driven individuals who can think clearly and thrive in an unpredictable future.
Four pillars, one journey — from knowing yourself, to leading yourself, to working with others, to creating real impact in the world.
The full curriculum spans two age groups. SEEDS is open for enrollment now; LEADS is coming soon.

Plants small seeds of thought in young minds through storytelling, public speaking, group discussion, individual and group activities, games and skits.
13 – 18 years
The next stage of the journey — building on SEEDS to develop the original thinkers and risk-taking leaders of tomorrow.
Deviparna Biswas
SEEDS was created by a mother of two young children who saw first-hand how a tedious, rote-driven curriculum can fail to evoke a creative, growth-oriented mindset in kids.
A Senior Manager and Technology Leader at an Australian bank with 16+ years of experience across multiple MNCs, she holds an Engineering degree and an MBA from Liverpool, London.
After years of comprehensive study, she devised this well-researched, home-grown program — driven above all by a passion to develop young minds and a vision of creating the leaders of tomorrow.
“Taking out little time from my busy schedule, I am very excited to launch this program and hopeful to see the young ones there.”
