Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026 (version 2026-07-terms-v1)

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SEEDS Workshop website and learning platform at seedsyoungleaders.com. By creating an account, enrolling a child, or using the platform, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your family's data.

1. Who may register

Accounts may only be created by an adult (18 or older) who is the parent or legal guardian of the child they enroll. When you register you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. Child logins are created and managed by you, the parent — children cannot register themselves and are never asked for an email address or phone number.

2. Your account and child logins

You are responsible for keeping your password, and the passwords of the child logins you create, confidential. Tell us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend an account to protect the platform or its users while we investigate a security concern.

3. Parental consent

Creating a login for your child records your consent, as their parent or legal guardian, to SEEDS processing that child's learning data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by asking us to close the child's account and delete their data.

4. Acceptable use

The platform is for personal, non-commercial use by enrolled families and SEEDS staff. You agree not to share logins outside your family, attempt to access another family's or student's data, disrupt or probe the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use the platform to harass anyone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. Fees and payments

Program fees, payment methods, and any refund arrangements are communicated to you at enrollment time and are recorded by SEEDS staff. Access to classes may depend on fees being up to date. Fees for future terms may change; we will tell you before you re-enroll.

6. Educational nature of the program

SEEDS is an experiential learning program. Check-ins, assessments, games, and teacher observations on the platform are educational tools used to guide each child's learning journey. They are not medical, psychological, or diagnostic instruments, and nothing on the platform constitutes medical, psychological, or professional advice about your child.

7. Content and intellectual property

All course materials, activities, games, text, and branding on the platform belong to SEEDS Workshop or its licensors. You may use them only as part of the program and may not copy, redistribute, or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Anything a child creates in the program remains the family's own.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available and improving, but we do not promise uninterrupted access — maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control may cause downtime. We may update features, curriculum, and these Terms over time. If we change these Terms materially, we will notify the email address on your account and update the version date above; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEEDS Workshop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer or your rights under India's data protection law.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us; we will handle the family's data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend accounts for breach of these Terms, extended non-payment, or where required to protect children on the platform, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions, notices, and requests should be sent to seedsyoungleadersprogram@gmail.com — we're happy to explain anything here in plain language.
